Judge Hardy Signs Order Making Retail Shareholder Custodian of Vinco Ventures
This is a fascinating read of the order. It closely follows the recent hearing where Judge Hardy presided and expressed lack of faith in the previous custodian Liqueous for their handling and withholding of pertinent information to the court. Because of that they were removed as custodian and Hamrick is now the custodian.
Needless to say I and many supporters are elated. This is groundbreaking. Thank you to all the supporters especially the donors who funded this legal battle. We have more to do, but this is a major start into transparency into the holding of Vinco.

It's official. Because of many donors and supporters, retail shareholders are watching over their investment for the first time in years. They now have the possibility of getting transparency, finding viability, and perhaps resurrecting what many thought was dead. At minimum we will get a shareholder meeting. Maybe more.
