I fully support the new derivative cases from Mike Hamrick and Sean Martineau. Brief comment on Twitter:

Wishing $bbig shareholder Mike Hamrick and his attorney and all Vinco Ventures shareholders good luck in the hearing opposing Liqueous (IMO fraudulent) custodianship today. I'll be praying for a win for shareholders. Please join me if you still believe in the fight.   

IMHO Liqueous should have never been granted custodianship. These guys have multiple lawsuits for securities fraud and one of their principals Jacob Fernane has been indicted on several felony counts for drug charges. They would be terrible custodians.

As a side note if you didn't know already, Mike Hamrick and Sean Martineau are also listed as plaintiffs in another action against the Vinco board of directors and hedge funds who they believe colluded together to drain shareholders of their investments.

I fully support this separate law suit/ action and am curious to see what happens in August when they have their first hearing. In addition to the board they are suing Hudson Bay and BHP Capitol in Nevada State 8th judicial Court
